Return / Refund shipping policy
We want our customer to have full faith and satisfaction in our jewelry and in the
words of the agreement. So, carry on, have fun and show it off. If within 30 days
after your purchase( dispatch date) you are not completely satisfied, we will accept
it with - no questions asked. Though the product should not be tampered with or
modified by the third party jeweler, and must be returned in the original condition
as it was shipped.* You will receive full refund against the item in the same mode
of payment that was initially used to purchase it. Any free gifts must be returned
along with the refunded item. Failure to do so would result in non-refunding of
the funds of the purchased item. In case of returning an item shipping cost and
any other transaction and custom charges has to be borne by the customer.
*we will accept the product within 30 days only in case of manufacturing defect.
Custom Duties on import are buyers responsibility.
