• For studded gold jewelry 5% for up to $10000 – 15000$, and 10% for 15000$ and above

** Payment procedure and mode:
    All payments can be done in the form of telegraphic transfer. The payments have to be 100% advanced before we consider order as confirmed.

** Delivery time:
    15-30 business days after the confirmation of order (not for make my jewellery). 30-45 days for make my jewellery (upcoming designs and post your     designs)

    All prices are for Jaipur. Charges of shipment, insurance and sales tax (any other taxes, where applied) are the responsibility of the buyer.

Return shipping policy
We want our customer to have full faith and satisfaction in our jewelry and in the words of the agreement. So, carry on, have fun and show it off. If within 30 days after your purchase( dispatch date) you are not completely satisfied, we will accept it with - no questions asked. Though the product should not be tampered with or modified by the third party jeweler, and must be returned in the original condition as it was shipped.* You will receive full refund against the item in the same mode of payment that was initially used to purchase it. Any free gifts must be returned along with the refunded item. Failure to do so would result in non-refunding of the funds of the purchased item. In case of returning an item shipping cost and any other transaction and custom charges has to be borne by the customer.

*we will accept the product within 30 days only in case of manufacturing defect.

  - In any case product will not be accepted after the return period i.e. 30 days, has lapsed.

  - The color of the stones may vary slightly as shown in the picture reason being , these are natural stones.

Order Acceptance\Cancellation Policy
valentinejewelleryindia reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or deny, or any portion thereof. Valentinejewelleryindia reserves the right to limit the order quantity on any item.

Valentinejewelleryindia reserves right to change\terminate the specifications and the prices of the product and services offered on the website without any prior notice and obligation to you. Products displayed on the site are offered until the stock lasts.

Erroneous Pricing
In the event of listing incorrect pricing of the product due to system error (any other kind of error), valentinejewelleryindia, shall have the right to refuse or cancel orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, valentinejewelleryindia shall promptly issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
